The Vegan Indians is a humble effort by Supriya Mishra to help people understand veganism and encourage them to adopt this ethical, cruelty-free, and sustainable lifestyle. Supriya is a journalist by profession and has worked with several mainstream and trade media organisations. She is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Mass Communications, Delhi and a Graduate in Economics from Miranda House, Delhi University. Her passion for writing and love for animals drove her to pursue this venture. Through The Vegan Indians, Supriya wants to reach out to the vegan community in India and use it as a platform to highlight their achievements, stories and innovations.
