Avon, world’s leading direct sales company in beauty, household, and personal care categories, has introduced Farm RX – its first clean and vegan skin care range with natural plant-based ingredients. The company announced the development on its social media page, and all products are already available in the United States.
The company website says that Farm Rx’s “Slow Herb Complex has a blend of botanicals that thrive in dry conditions and are slowly cold-brewed to extract antioxidants for peak efficacy.” The Farm Rx range is made of a clean formula with over 85% natural ingredients, while safe synthetic ingredients have been used only to preserve the integrity of the formulas, says the company.
Besides being clean and vegan, the products under this range come packed in responsibly sourced carton, certified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and recyclable glass.
Avon’s Farm Rx line of products include, Bakuchiol Serum, a concentrated lightweight oil texture serum that targets fine lines, wrinkles, firmness, skin roughness and brightening; Avon Farm Rx Bakuchiol Eye Cream, a hydrating eye SKU that helps with brightening, tightening and reducing fine lines and wrinkles; Avon Farm Rx Super Greens Cooling Gel, a hybrid that can be used as cooling moisturizer and mask; and Avon Farm Rx Super Greens Multivitamin Moisture Cream, a daily multivitamin cream for a healthy, moisturized, nourished skin.
Farm Rx products are free from parabens, mineral oil, sulphates, synthetic dyes or fragrances, and have not been tested on animals. The ingredients used in the range include super greens like brussels sprouts, broccoli sprouts, moringa oil, and green tea.
