Pharrell Williams, the American singer who became a popular global icon with his song ‘Happy’, has now donned the entrepreneurial hat with his new venture ‘Humanrace’.
Lately, his social media feed had been buzzing with hints regarding the launch of an eco-friendly skincare range that is set to hit the shelves in the United States on 25 November, 2020. The skincare range that has been revealed on his social media pages includes Rice Powder Cleanser, Lotus Enzyme Exfoliator and Humidifying Cream. The products are meant for “all races and genders” and are vegan, as per several international news sources.
The packaging of products is in green, making it obvious that the intention is to create an eco-friendly and vegan range of products. On its social media page, the company posted, “Humanrace Skincare doesn’t differentiate by race or gender. We’re creating for humans; we are all born in the same skin. Humanrace is designed to help you in your quest to feel empowered everyday and turn good intentions into action. Join us in the journey to becoming your best self.”
Pharrell Williams had earlier posted a video unboxing a carton titled ‘Humanrace’. He has reportedly partnered with dermatologist Elena Jones, who has helped him in creating this new range of skincare products.
