Vanika Choudhary’s Sequel Bistro and Juice Bar defies the stereotype that healthy food is boring. Offering an exciting range of plant-based, organic, gluten-free and vegetarian delicacies, the café is now present at three locations in Mumbai – Bandra, Kala Ghoda and BKC.
The menu is primarily vegan and vegetarian, but the bistro offers some pescatarian and egg-based dishes too. One of the most sought-after dishes at the bistro is The Red Pirate – a flavourful medley of quinoa, kale, roasted baby beets, and roasted baby carrots, all splashed with red wine vinaigrette.
