Carrots Restaurant
This might be the last time when vegans could get a taste of the Christmas menu of Bengaluru-based Carrots, before India’s first vegan restaurant finally closes down on next month. Customers can choose from a variety of options in their Christmas menu, including Cinnamon Rolls, Cinnamon Donuts, festive spiced cupcakes, gingerbread tarts, chocolate tarts, healthy spiced energy bombs, surprise chocolate cookies, ginger butter biscuits, festive spiced plant milks, sticky toffee pudding, amongst several others.
Bean Me Up
This Vegan restaurant in Goa by Shawn Rodrigues is serving a 5-course vegan dinner along with live music on Christmas eve. The dinner includes Baileys/Pina Colada, sausage rolls, vindaloo with green peas pulao and raita, shepherds pie with roasted water chestnuts and rum cake. The dinner is priced at Rs 1,600 plus taxes. Dittoo Ice Creams
Bengaluru-based Dittoo ice creams, founded by Nithyashree Y.N., comes up with hampers suitable for different seasons with an emphasis on eating the right foods corresponding to the weather change.
