Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas – cut into big pieces
1 Kiwi – cut into half
6 Strawberries
6-8 Blueberries
Half cup toasted museli/granola/oats
½ tsp chia seeds
½ tsp pumpkin seeds
½ tsp sunflower seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp cane sugar or any sweetener of your choice (optional)
2-3 tbsp coconut milk yoghurt (optional)
Few ice cubes (optional)
Steps:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend everything well
Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
