3 ripe avocados – mashed
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp salt
1 onion – finely chopped
3 tbsp fresh coriander – chopped
1 tomato – finely diced
1 tsp garlic – finely chopped
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch red chilli powder (or chilli flakes)
Take a medium sized bowl and add avocados, lemon juice, and salt. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander and garlic. Sprinkle black pepper and red chilli powder. Keep it refrigerated for an hour for best results. Serve with tortilla chips or spread on a toast.
