Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar, powdered
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla flavouring (optional)
- 1 cup plant milk (we used almond)
- 2 tbsp pancake syrup or maple syrup
Steps
- In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix well
- In a cup, add almond milk and vanilla. Stir well to combine
- Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl and whisk it well till the batter becomes smooth
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Now, heat a non-stick pan and put some vegan butter or vegetable oil to grease the pan
- Reduce the heat to medium and pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan
- When bubbles start forming, flip the pancake and cook until golden brown
- Top it with the syrup of your choice and fresh fruits
- Serve immediately
